Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected and used when you visit or make a purchase from minicyberstudio.com (the “Site”).

MiniCyber does not rent, trade or transfer your personal information with third parties except to provide the services or products requested by you with your permission or under the following circumstances:

-We use Shopify to power our online store. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. -When MiniCyber believes disclosure is necessary protect our rights or to comply with a legal process.


Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, MiniCyber will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.  MiniCyber will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
